How to apply

At AREVA, the online recruitment process takes place in 3 stages. The different stages help us to get to know you. They ensure optimum suitability between your profile and the position to be filled.
We review your application
Have you responded to an online job announcement? Your file will be carefully examined. If it corresponds to a profile we are looking for, a recruitment officer will contact you.
You meet with a recruitment officer
If your profile is of interest to us, a recruitment officer will meet you for a personal interview. Objectives: to assess your career path, your personality, your professional qualities, your interpersonal skills, etc.
You have the opportunity to outline your professional vision and learn about our employment terms. At the end of this meeting, the recruitment officer issues a report. If it is favorable, you are invited to participate in subsequent interviews.
You meet operational managers
The final interviews take place with human resources representatives and the various managers working within the unit where the position is being advertised. They will evaluate your technical qualities and your capacity to carry out the proposed assignment.
After these meetings, the various people you have met will compare their reports. If they are in agreement, they will offer you an employment contract. You sign and join the group.
