Shared guidelines

The 10 commitments for sustainable development are translated into objectives for the group as a whole and guide the definition of policies employed by the relevant corporate support departments. The guidelines for safety, health, security and the environment illustrate this. Over time, this rubric will be enriched by other group policies.
Nuclear Safety Charter: perfect transparency
The Charter sets out the group's main commitments in the area of nuclear safety and radiation protection.
Environmental policy
AREVA is committed to the sustainable management of natural resources, the preservation of biodiversity and the fight against climate change.
Health policy
This plan includes protection against occupational hazards, the improvement of employee health and the monitoring of neighboring communities.
Safety policy
The group undertakes to define a precise safety organization, a preventive policy and a specific management system.
