Social involvement

To assess its performance in terms of its commitment to employees, AREVA developed performance indicators for occupational safety, facility safety and the health of site workers as well as of the neighboring community. The group also helps its employees achieve their professional potential and ensures the quality of their working conditions.
Stakeholder relations

Workforce and training
AREVA sets a priority on professional training for its employees. Each of the group’s employees received an average of 34 hours of training in 2010.
