Environment
To protect its environment, AREVA has set ambitious goals for reducing its consumption of water and energy, its production of waste, and its liquid and gaseous releases. In 2009, the group’s performance improved according to several indicators.
Water
The group has made progress towards its objective of reducing its water consumption. In 2010, the group recorder an overall decrease in his consumption.
Energy
AREVA continues to work on reducing its energy consumption. The group has set up an energy and natural resources conservation plan.
