The Group is organized to support our goal of becoming the leader in solutions for low-carbon power generation.
Based on the principle of subsidiarity, the management system combines decision-making and decentralized operations through the Operating Divisions and overall coordination by four coordination and steering committees.
The Executive Board and the four coordination and steering committees are responsible for supervising and driving the Group's operations, divided among the five Business Groups (business or profit center) and the Engineering & Projects organization.
The Marketing & Sales Department and the functional departments support the objectives of the Executive Board and the operating divisions.
In light of its significant industrial presence and the need for close contact with customers, Regions were created.
Executive Management Board
The Executive Board meets every two weeks with the respective executives: this is the Executive Management Board
The Executive Secretariat provides support to the Executive Board.
Coordination and Steering Committees
Four committees were set up to coordinate and steer the Group’s operations.
The Group’s operations are divided into five Business Groups and an Engineering & Projects organization.
Marketing & Sales and Corporate Functions
The Marketing & Sales and corporate functions support the Executive Board and operating divisions in the achievement of their objectives.
In light of its significant industrial presence and the need for close contact with customers, three Regions were created in Germany, North America and Asia-Pacific.
