Coordination and Steering Committees
The Executive Board relies on Coordination and Steering Committees at the group level with wide delegations of authority.
Operations Committee
The Operations Committee is chaired by Philippe Knoche, Chief Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Every two weeks.
Missions
- Manages operational topics transversal to BGs, E&P and operations support functions (Purchasing, SHSE...),
- Allocates shared resources,
- Defines harmonized performance criteria (financial, operational, safety…), validates methods and monitors performance improvement,
- Initiates and validates transversal policies and roadmaps and monitors their implementation.
Major Offers Committee
The Major Offers Committee is chair by Luc Orusel, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)or Ruben Lazo, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
It meets every 2 weeks.
Missions
- It validates the orientations of the Major Offers throughout the process,
- it submits to the Executive Board approval each time it is necessary:Industrial schemes, negotiation strategies, T&Cs, pricing…
Major Projects Committee
Major Projects Committee is chaired Luc Oursel, President and CEO and by Philippe Knoche, Chief Operating Officer (COO).
It meets every 2 weeks.
Missions
- It oversees the execution of Major Customer and Investment projects: Project progress and performance (customer relationship, costs, schedule, risks & opportunities, procurement, quality, regulatory process, contracts & claims…)
- It initiates any necessary action to improve project execution.
HR Committee
HR Committee is chaired by Philippe Vivien, Senior Executive Vice President, Human Resources.
It meets every two months.
Missions
- It validates, implements and assesses efficiency of main human resources policies and processes (people review, training, compensation…).
