Didier Benedetti
Member of the Executive Board; member of the Executive Committee of AREVA and AREVA's Executive Officer, in charge of process optimization.
Director of AREVA NC Inc. and member of the Supervisory Board of Eurodif SA; Director of the Compagnie Nucléaire de Services (CNS); Director of Canberra Industries Inc.
Didier Benedetti holds an engineering degree from ESIEA (École Supérieure d'Informatique Électronique Automatique) and is a graduate of Institut d’Administration des Entreprises de Paris.
He held management positions successively at Schlumberger, Thomson and Fiat. Notably, he served as Deputy Managing Director of Thomson Brandt Armement, Vice President of Thomson Consumer Electronics and Managing Director of all divisions of the passenger cabin activities of Magneti Marelli (Fiat group).
He joined the COGEMA Group (which has since became a subsidiary of the AREVA group) in June 2002, as Chief Operating Officer of AREVA NC.
Since January 2010, Didier Benedetti has been AREVA's Executive Officer, in charge of process optimization. As such he oversees the simplification of the group's operating modes, the effectiveness of procedures and the pooling of resources.
He is a member of the Executive Board and the Executive Committee of AREVA.
