Erlangen at the forefront
AREVA donated to the Kulturstiftung Foundation, which promotes the cultural values of Erlangen. The group is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Erlangen Cultural Foundation. As a result, AREVA supports several music, theater and literary festivals.
Support for cultural projects
The Kulturstiftung Foundation has the mission of:
- promoting and preserving the cultural values of Erlangen and its surroundings,
- advocating harmony and tolerance in all cultural domains, even beyond its borders.
Many events
As a member of the Board of Directors, AREVA supports a number of events, including:
- the StummFilmMusikTage, an annual silent film music festival held in January,
- the Arena Festival for young theater directors and actors, organized by students at the University of Erlangen,
- the Erlanger Poetenfest, one of the largest German poetry and translation events, which the company has supported since 2005. During the event, AREVA awards the prize for best literary translation of the year.
