Employees getting involved

AREVA Foundation encourages and supports initiatives by Group employees interested in being involved in humanitarian activities through call for internal projects, volunteering opportunities and humanitarian leave.

AREVA Solidaires

In 2011, for the second year running the AREVA Foundation launched a call for projects with the Group’s employees in France who do voluntary work.

Illiteracy: six projects take action with AREVA’s employees

As promised, AREVA Foundation donated to associations that are fighting illiteracy around the world. The donation will fund six projects in countries in which the group is based.

Mentoring disadvantaged youth

AREVA provides staff with opportunities to mentor young people, in collaboration with the association "Un Avenir Ensemble" (A Future Together), to guide them in their professional future.

Solidarity missions with Planète Urgence

AREVA has provided its staff with the opportunity to take part in solidarity missions in one of the companies where the group operates during their vacations.

Using one’s skills to volunteer within communities

The AREVA Foundation supports group staff members in their community choices. It gives them valuable access to information and advice.
