EU to offer technical support to developing countries planning to use nuclear power

As part of its development aid projects, the European Union will offer technical support to developing countries that plan to include nuclear power in their energy programs, indicated Poul Nielson, European commissioner for cooperation in the framework of the Earth Summit in Johannesburg.
