EDF gets thumbs-up for continued 900 MWe reactor operations

Autorité de Sûreté Nucléaire (ASN), the French nuclear regulatory authority, indicated that it approves of continued operations of EDF's thirty-four 900 MWe reactors for another ten years. The authority is now performing a safety review of the utility's twenty 1,300 MWe reactors.
