U.S. reactor River Bend to increase capacity

Yet another U.S. utility has applied for a capacity increase with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). Joining the mainstream trend of maximizing investment in plant and forestalling new construction, Entergy has requested a 1.7% capacity increase for its River Bend reactor.
