Spain offers Vandellos site to ITER project

Spain has proposed that the European Union use the Vandellos nuclear power plant site for the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER). The proposal will be debated in early May in Moscow with delegations from Canada, Russia and Japan, the three other candidate countries for the ITER site.
