Russia to build floating nuclear power plants for isolated areas

Russia is expected to build the world's first floating nuclear power plants to supply cheap electricity to some of the country's more remote areas. Much smaller than their earth-bound relatives, the floating plants will be anchored off the coast of major cities and connected to the local power grid with huge cables.
