Brazil: First unit of enrichment plant to start up in 2007

Industrias Nucleares do Brasil (INB) has indicated that the first unit of its Resende enrichment plant will be completed in 2007. The unit will provide 60% of the annual requirements of the Angra 1 and 2 reactors. The entire plant will be completed in 2010 and will supply 100% of the requirements of the three Angra units.
