October 22, 2003
Before Slovak utility Slovenske Elektrarne (SE) may be partially privatized, the Slovakian government has stipulated that construction of Mochovce units 3 and 4 must be completed. The sale of 49% of SE should be finalized by late 2005. Major utilities such as EDF, ENEL and E.On appear to be interested in purchasing the utility.
