Bo Bylund's report on phasing out the nuclear power option, prepared at the request of the Swedish government, is almost complete. He is said to be very skeptical about abandoning or phasing out nuclear power, as in the German example, indicating that Sweden has greater reliance on nuclear power and more stringent environmental requirements for new power plants.
