UP2 plant :
At the UP2 plant, shearing of fuel assemblies from a batch of 900 MWe EDF fuel is in progress in the R1 head-end facility. A total of 482 metric tons of uranium have been processed to date this year. At the R7 vitrification facility, lines A and B are in service.
Line C is on standby. A total of 347 canisters of glass have been produced to date this year.

UP3 plant :
At the UP3 plant, shearing of fuel assemblies from BRUNSBUTTEL* is in progress in the T1 head-end facility. A total of 71 metric tons of uranium have been processed to date this year. At the T7 vitrification facility, line A is on standby. Lines B and C are in service. A total of 161 canisters of glass have been produced to date this year.

Works in the Moulinets cove :
The works of dismantling the old sea discharge pipe's, are keep going on. ISO 14001 : On October the 04th, Olivier PEYRAT, General Manager of AFAQ**, has officially delivered the ISO 14001 certification to the COGEMA La Hague plant.
This certification from an independent organism, show the goodwill of COGEMA to always respect the environment.
