Third term of office at the head of AREVA NC approved for Anne Lauvergeon

The Board of Directors of AREVA NC, meeting Friday June 12, renewed Anne Lauvergeon’s term of office as Chief Executive Officer of AREVA NC. She was initially appointed to that office in 1999 and renewed in her functions in 2004. This is her third term in this position.

Anne Lauvergeon was initially appointed CEO of AREVA in July 2001 and renewed in that position in July 2006. Her five-year term will expire in July 2011.
