More information, more facts and more interaction on AREVA's new website
Press Release
GROUP / COMMUNICATIONS
February 03, 2010
AREVA today launches its new internet site, areva.com, after an 18-month development process. With its added content, interactive features and wealth of factual information, the new site illustrates the group’s commitment to transparency and dialog, and meets the highly-developed expectations of today’s Internet users.
Throughout the site’s rich and varied content, AREVA wishes to make the general public and the group’s industrial and business partners aware of the issues it is facing. New content will be added regularly to illustrate the group's activities and keep users abreast of the latest events within the group. Content streams will also be available for users looking for tailor-made replies to their specific questions.
Users will be given the opportunity to put their questions directly to group employees, who will answer on their own expertise, and dialog with a community interested in the group's activities and in current and future energy issues.
“Transparency and dialog are the cornerstones of AREVA’s communications policy. In line with our commitment to continuous improvement, we want to constantly go further and innovate. Internet is an indispensable exchange place for our group which has made transparency and dialog its trademark. With the new areva.com site, AREVA is opening its doors even wider”, said Jacques-Emmanuel Saulnier, Senior Vice President, Communications for the group.
