AREVA announces today the closing of the sale of 01dB-Metravib, an AREVA TA subsidiary, to the management team of 01dB-Metravib in partnership with the Lyon-based investment fund EVOLEM.

Based in Limonest near Lyon (France), 01dB-Metravib is an international company specializing in acoustics and vibration with a workforce totaling 320 people and sales revenues of about €40 M.

After a competitive disposal process involving numerous French and foreign investors, the project proposed by the managers and EVOLEM was the most suitable to develop the activities of 01dB-Metravib, while fulfilling AREVA expectations and maintaining employment on all the company’s sites.
