Report from January 1st to 16th, 2012

A campaign of treatment of EDF spent fuels started again on January 15th in one of both plants. Other plant is in the shutdown for scheduled maintenance.

• During this period, 17 containers of vitrified waste were elaborated in vitrification facilities.
• 20 containers of compacted waste were elaborated in the facility of compaction of hulls, which assures the packaging of the metallic structures of spent fuels.
