CEDOS: servicing and repair of components
CEDOS stores, services and repairs equipment that has been used during power plant maintenance periods. It consists of a hot workshop and a storage warehouse. Its installations allow maintenance operations to be carried out off-site. It is located in France, at Sully sur Loire.
CEDOS is an installation designed to store and service equipment used by AREVA, its subsidiaries and partners during the maintenance of nuclear power plants.
By enabling maintenance operations to be carried out off-site at CEDOS, AREVA relieves its customers of the burdens associated with planning these operations and therefore helps optimize maintenance and operation costs, as well as limiting the length of power plant shutdowns.
CEDOS at Sully-sur-Loire has a surface area of 1,500 square meters divided up into a hot workshop and temporary storage space.
