Dialog with stakeholders

The JSPM plant implements the AREVA group's policy of dialog with its stakeholders. It therefore gives priority to local subcontractors, organizes tours, participates in forums and open doors days within the educational environment.
Thanks to the growth of its activities, JSPM sustainably contributes to local social and economic development. The facility gives priority to local subcontractors and is committed to maintaining permanent dialog with its suppliers.
Each year, JSPM updates an action plan enabling sustainable contribution to the region's economic and social development. Within this framework, external communication campaigns are initiated:
- Implementation of map-making and diagnostics of external stakeholders,
- Facility tours,
- Presentation of operations at multi-company gatherings,
- Involvement in meetings with local parties (Local Information Commission).
- Accessibility to the school environment, university and training organizations: JSPM is strengthening its relations with schools and universities with a view to preparing for the future. The site is therefore committed to promoting the AREVA group's image and that of its activities by actively participating in forums and open days organized at schools and universities and at the JSPM site.
In addition, several employees occupy roles within the local communities: town council, deputy and town, regional and general councilor. This commitment also contributes to local development.
