Supplemental health insurance

Dialogue and negotiations with labor led to the signature of an agreement on mandatory supplemental health insurance for Creusot Forge and Creusot Mécanique employees.

Incentive remuneration

In February 2008, Creusot Forge signed an incentive remuneration agreement allowing employees to be rewarded for improved company performance and share in company profits. Further, the agreement encourages employees to contribute individually and collectively to the company's progress.
