Transnuclear, Ltd.(TN Tokyo) was created in 1984 to combine the expertise of AREVA cask design with the high quality of Kobe Steel manufacturing.
The capital of this joint-venture is distributed between three partners: AREVA, through its subsidiary TN International (47.5%); the Japanese industrial group Kobe Steel (47.5%); and the Japanese commercial company Sojitz (5%).
