CERCA: fabrication of fuel for research

CERCA (French acronym for Company for the Study of Atomic Fuel Creation), a subsidiary of AREVA, is based in Romans and Pierrelatte on the FBFC site, in southeastern France. CERCA is involved in the fabrication and provision of fuel for research reactors.

CERCA produces and supplies fuel for research reactors and offers all related services: transport, logistics, supply of enriched uranium, etc.

Site tour
Due to counter-terrorism measures, the site is no longer open to the general public.
However, a visitors' tour program has been created so the public can still view the facilities on the Tricastin nuclear site: "A tour around the site", every Thursday from April to September.
