Solutions meeting nuclear power industry demands

CERCA (French acronym for Company for the Study of Atomic Fuel Creation), a subsidiary of AREVA, is based in Romans and Pierrelatte on the FBFC site, in southeastern France. CERCA is involved in the fabrication and provision of fuel for research reactors.
CERCA produces and supplies fuel for research reactors and offers all related services: transport, logistics, supply of enriched uranium, etc.
Since its founding in 1957, CERCA has enjoyed numerous significant milestones in its history.
All of CERCA's activities are certified. It meets the requirements for several ISO standards on all counts.
The Tricastin plants constantly strive to limit their environmental impact. The surrounding environment is subject to constant testing.
Facility safety, occupational safety, and environmental protection are the pillars of CERCA's sustainable development strategy.

Visits to the Tricastin site, where CERCA is located, are permitted in a professional context.
Due to counter-terrorism measures, the site is no longer open to the general public.
However, a visitors' tour program has been created so the public can still view the facilities on the Tricastin nuclear site: "A tour around the site", every Thursday from April to September.
