Since 2002, AREVA University has allowed the sharing of the management model integrating the group's values charter and the principles and commitments of the sustainable development and continuous improvement policy. The University targets senior executives, experts, future leaders and newcomers to the group.Group strategy is presented each year to 250 senior executives during the Management Days which provide a forum for sharing objectives and cross-cultural dialog. This strategy is then deployed in the various group entities around the world.
Listening to all employees
AREVA commits to enhancing the well-being of its employees and their working conditions, and has implemented a group employee opinion survey:Launched in 2003 and successfully carried out in all subsidiaries, the survey was harmonized in 2006 with a common group process.
