They make an active contribution to the company's overall performance through process management and continuous improvement.

- Nuclear Safety: operating safety engineer, safety specialist,
- Radiation protection: radiological monitoring of installations and worksites, people and the environment, radiation protection in labs, radiation exposure and metrology,
- Security: site protection, data protection, information system security, emergency personnel (firemen),
- Occupational safety: safety manager, safety specialist,
- Health: doctors, nurses, biologists, social workers, ergonomists, occupational psychologists,
- Environment: environmental management, environmental monitoring (chemical and radiological), waste management,
- Quality and continuous improvement: product quality, quality control, quality auditing, quality approach, TQM, change management,
- Control of nuclear materials: nuclear material accountability, nuclear measurements, management of nuclear materials.
