Process
The recruitment process at AREVA takes place in three steps, all essential if we are to get to know each other and ensure the best match between the vacancy and your profile.
We review your application
Your application will be considered very carefully. If it matches the profile we need, you will be contacted by a recruitment manager
Your application will be accessible to all group recruitment staff worldwide, and you will be contacted if an offer corresponding to your profile arises in the following months.
Interview with a recruitment manager
If we are interested in your profile, a recruitment manager will contact you for an interview. The purpose of the interview is to gain understanding of your career path, your personality, and your professional skills. It is also an opportunity for you to discuss your career plans, and learn more about the recruitment process (procedure, timescales, contacts, etc.). After this meeting, the recruitment manager makes a report. If it is positive, you will be called back for a second interview.
Interviews with operational managers
These interviews are with the various operational line managers in the entity that has the vacancy. They aim to assess your personal and technical skills, and determine that you have the aptitude to carry out the proposed assignment. If the recruitment and operational managers are in agreement, an employment contract will be drawn up. If this suits you, all you have to do is sign it - welcome to the group!
