ERAMET: SORAME/CEIR and AREVA renew their shareholders’ agreement

Provided that, at June 15, 2009, neither Party has given the contractual two weeks’ notice of its intention to terminate, the ERAMET shareholders’ agreement between SORAME/CEIR and AREVA has been tacitly renewed for a period of six months as of July 1, 2009.
