Information on the sale process of AREVA T&D

AREVA has selected three potential buyers to move on to the second phase of the T&D sale process, during which the offers will be further detailed, improved and finalized.

As announced by AREVA on June 30, 2009, the group will be paying particular attention not only to the price proposed, but also to the industrial and labor projects, and will take its final decision accordingly.
