If sustainable development brings about a new managerial system, what are the benefits?

Sustainable development shifts the emphasis from a strictly financial performance to an overall one. Indeed, a company is now evaluated in terms of its capacity to project into the future and engage in an improvement process. Besides financial profitability, which remains essential, this new managerial system brings in a modern touch by being more open and dynamic. It promotes conjugated actions aiming at quality, safety, economic performance, social well being, reduced impact on the environment. Finally, it involves listening to the stakeholders. It must also generate in-house federation around common Group goals. This is why we have decided to make it into the cornerstone of our industrial policy.
