4% of the AREVA group’s share capital is listed on the Paris stock exchange (Euronext) as investment certificates (IC). The AREVA share has been divided in two: the Investment Certificate (IC) and the voting-right certificate. Investment certificate holders receive dividends, but are not entitled to vote during shareholder meetings.
