Information about the IC
What is an Investment Certificate?The AREVA share is listed on the market in the form of investment certificates (IC), which are shares without voting rights. Investment certificates were created by dividing shares into two parts: the investment certificate and the certificate of voting right. Holders of investment certificates receive dividends but do not have the right to vote at Shareholders’ General Meetings.
How can one convert to nominative shares?
Please contact CACEIS CT if you wish to convert your bearer certificates into nominative certificates. You may also contact your banking intermediary.
