The Transmission and Distribution (T&D) Division supplies products, systems and services dedicated to electricity transmission and distribution from the power plant to the final user.

T&D solutions play an essential part in electricity network reliability, quality and safety.

The division's customers are electric utilities as well as the oil, mining and metals, wind energy, paper and glass, transportation, and power engineering industries.

This division consists of 4 business units:

Products: designs, manufactures, markets and installs high and medium voltage products dedicated to the electricity transportation and distribution networks

Services: offers services dedicated to support and maintenance, throughout their lifecycle, of products and systems provided by the group

Systems: designs turnkey projects for electricity transmission and distribution and solutions for grid management systems

Automation: provides essential digital solutions to the real-time automation of electricity transmission and distribution networks.

The group, through its transmission and distribution division, appears among the only 3 global actors in the high and medium voltage switchgear markets.
