Competences transfer through master-apprenticeship The training took place in the facilities of the La Hague plant following a unique approach: apprenticeship, sort of one-on-one training. Experienced technicians became volunteer teachers, transferring skills and practices on the technical level as well as in safety, quality, discipline, etc. This master-apprenticeship approach to continuing education is not new to the plant where, due to the highly technical nature of operations, newcomers are already traditionally trained by the "old-timers". |
