A tailor-made training for our Japanese customer Apprenticeship has thus become a keystone of the Japanese contract, and all the more naturally so in that “the master-apprentice relationship is very rooted in Japanese tradition and history," explains Michel CASSOU, Human Resources Director of the COGEMA* La Hague plant. “The mentors created their own training materials, because only they have the technical know-how.
