45 young employees become involved in the operation of the company

The "New Generation" at Erlangen (Germany)

The "New Generation", a network bringing together young German, French and American employees, is a spontaneous movement created outside company structures. The first international conference for these young employees took place in June 2002.

The aim is to help motivated young employees take part in the operation of the company via work groups in areas such as management, taking on responsibility, communications or international mobility. This initiative has full support from management. These young employees have therefore been able to pass on their opinions and recommendations directly to the management team of the company, which includes Vincent Maurel, President of Framatome ANP*, an AREVA and Siemens company.
