"The spontaneous nature of the New Generation, in my opinion, shows that there is a strong need for change. Management has supported this venture by facilitating the organization of the conference. I can see new ideas emerging in the various work groups powered by youth. We have been able to discuss ideas and carry out a detailed analysis of the company's situation and that of its employees.
