Recruitment, new skills for new markets

The Chalon Saint Marcel plant in France (Saône-et-Loire department), has been greatly increasing its recruitment since the end of 2002.

In order to meet future needs, the objectives are: to bring in additional skills linked to the acquisition of new contracts, to renew the age pyramid, to meet new technical challenges and respond to customers' needs.
