COGEMA* / J.M. Taillat

The crocodile Farm is a family-owned business that employs 15 people and has sales of about 1.4 million euros per year.

Since 1998, the farm set up a laboratory open to research scientists. Biologists, paleontologists, and masters and doctoral students have come to study the misunderstood creatures.

In 1999, the crocodile Farm gave 700 fertilized eggs to a team of scientists for research on dentary development in the Nile crocodile.
