More than 80 teenagers have benefited from PESCAR program

The PESCAR Foundation, created in 1976, is the first social franchise in Brazil. With more than 90 units in South America, PESCAR has obtained numerous prizes and awards, highlighting UNESCO recognition.

Its major goal is to give low income teenagers an opportunity to learn a profession and therefore pursue a better life away from crime and misery.

This objective meets AREVA's community involvement of participating in the economical and social development of the community where the group is located.

In addition, as the PESCAR Project is developed within an industrial site, it develops a sense of social responsibility, with active participation of the involved teams.
