|
|||||
The program includes 350 hours of basic electricity classes and the same for citizenship activities, including education in environmental health and safety, financial administration, training in English and computer skills. Some complementary training sessions help them to face drugs, sexuality and aggressions in a responsible way. Students also benefit in workshops to encourage teamwork and acceptable social behaviour. The project is fully supported by AREVA T&D Brazil employees volunteering their time to teach some classes or help the trainees' orientation. Many company suppliers of the Group have committed themselves becoming full or partial sponsors. Meals, transportation, life insurance, uniforms, tools for the electricity activities are sponsored partially or totally by some AREVA partners. |
