For mining operations in sparsely populated areas, such as Saskatchewan province in northwestern Canada, we adapt our economic development programs to meet the needs of the indigenous population.

As a result of the training we have provided since beginning operations there, our workforce is 50% "northerners", 80% of whom are of aboriginal origin.
