A workable recruitment program

Creating scholarships for local youth is one of the ways COGEMA* Resources sought to accomplish this, and it has awarded some 120 of them to date. To fight unemployment, COGEMA Resources developed partnerships with local groups and gave preference to local hires in its recruitment program.
