One million $ pledge for Central Virginia Community College (USA)

A win/win partnership

"This is a win/win partnership", says Darrel W. Staat, President of Central Virginia Community College in Lynchburg. "By working with Framatome ANP*, an AREVA and Siemens company, local high school graduates begin a career through classroom and hands-on experience".

Staat adds that most students will be employed by the company upon completion of the program.

"Framatome ANP*, an AREVA and Siemens company, is building a pipeline for highly qualified nuclear-trained personnel through its relationship with our college".
