The partnership with Planète Urgence enables volunteers from AREVA to contribute their professional and personal skills to a humanitarian cause through overseas missions lasting from 15 days to 3 weeks. The mission is built on a win-win deal: the employee draws on his vacation time and AREVA funds all travel and lodging. The employees' commitment to an association has an impact on their careers in terms of developing management and decision-making skills and strengthening their leadership abilities. |
