On-time delivery thanks to air transport of a reactor vessel head.

The new reactor vessel head was installed in Dominion Energy's North Anna nuclear power station (USA) by a Franco-American team from the group.

This was the first time ever that the company had shipped a major component by air. This unprecedented delivery by air freight from the French manufactures was necessary to meet the customer's tight schedule.

Framatome ANP*, an AREVA and Siemens company, has more than a decade of experience based on 50 reactor vessel head replacements in France, the United States, Spain and China.
